Acceptable Use Policy
These rules help keep VOUX Sites professional, trustworthy and useful for businesses, experts and visitors.
1. Professional and lawful use
Use VOUX Sites for lawful professional and business purposes. Do not use the service to deceive, impersonate, harass, threaten, defraud, unlawfully discriminate against others or facilitate unlawful activity.
2. Accurate business information
Site owners and managers should keep names, descriptions, products, services, locations, qualifications and other material information reasonably accurate. Do not create a false impression about identity, experience, capabilities, affiliations, availability or professional status.
3. Trust signals
Do not fabricate clients, endorsements, ratings, verification claims, testimonials or other trust indicators. Do not manipulate feedback systems, coordinate deceptive reviews or present a relationship with another organization without a legitimate basis.
4. Rights in content
Only upload or publish text, logos, photographs, documents, trademarks or other materials that you own, are licensed to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to publish. Do not use VOUX Sites to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
5. Enquiry tools
Enquiry features are intended for genuine professional and business communication. Do not use them for mass unsolicited messages, repetitive advertising, phishing, deceptive solicitation, malware delivery, harassment or attempts to obtain information under false pretences.
6. Security and unauthorized access
Do not probe, scan or bypass security controls; attempt to access another user’s account; exploit vulnerabilities; introduce malicious code; interfere with authentication; or use credentials that you are not authorized to use.
7. Automated and excessive activity
Do not use bots, scripts, crawlers or other automated methods in a way that creates excessive traffic, scrapes protected or non-public information, circumvents limits, sends automated enquiries or materially degrades the service for others.
8. Harmful or prohibited content
Do not publish content that is fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, unlawfully discriminatory, malicious, intentionally deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. Content must remain appropriate to a professional business environment.
9. Privacy and confidential information
Do not publish another person’s private or confidential information without an appropriate lawful basis. Do not use information received through an enquiry for unrelated spam, unauthorized profiling or other purposes incompatible with the original business communication.
10. Circumvention and misuse
Do not evade suspension, manipulate plan or usage limits, abuse coupons or promotional benefits, falsely trigger payment states, interfere with moderation, or use multiple accounts to defeat restrictions that legitimately apply to you.
11. Enforcement
Content or access may be reviewed, restricted, suspended or removed when reasonably necessary to investigate or address violations, protect users, preserve service security, comply with law or maintain the integrity of VOUX Sites. Serious or repeated misuse may result in permanent loss of access.
12. Reporting concerns
If you believe a Site or enquiry violates this policy, use any available reporting or support channel and provide enough information for the issue to be assessed. Reports should be made in good faith and should not be used to harass legitimate users.
